    The Health and Fitness Centre provides personalised attention with individualised programs. Great atmosphere. Experienced, tertiary trained staff know their stuff and will challenge you but are also really friendly and encouraging. Great centre for all ages and abilities. Good range of up to date equipment. Overall a fab centre. Get yourselves there and see the results!!
